Overview:
The Technology Support Officer is responsible for providing a high quality, responsive and efficient support for EMR and Digital Health delivery. This involves coordinating and undertaking the auditing, commissioning, maintenance and de-commissioning of Technology Infrastructure and support of technology deployment and assistance for Digital Health initiatives.

Criminal History Screening Requirement
- A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) (DHS)
Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
Special Conditions
- May be required to work outside of normal business hours or as part of a roster during specific periods.
- The incumbent may be required to travel or work across and/or be located at any of the Department of Health units/divisions as required.
- A flexible approach to the taking of leave is required.
- Regular travel may be required into Metro and Regional SA.
- Australian Full Driving License or Equivalent is required.
- May be required to work 24/7 rosters.
