About the role
Lead the clinical future of oral health across South Australia in this influential executive leadership role. As Director, Clinical Services, you'll provide strategic and operational clinical leadership for SA Dental, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and patient-centred oral health care across metropolitan, community, hospital, rural and remote settings. Working closely with the Executive Director, SA Dental, you'll provide oral health strategy and clinical governance leadership to facilitate improved outcomes for communities across the state.
As the clinical lead for governance, you'll champion excellence in quality, safety and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with professional standards, accreditation requirements and legislative obligations. You'll build strong partnerships with clinicians, universities, professional bodies and key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative culture that supports clinical excellence, research, workforce capability and outstanding care for every patient.

About You
We're seeking an accomplished clinical leader who combines extensive dental expertise with a passion for improving oral health outcomes across South Australia.
• Bachelor of Dental Service or equivalent with AHPRA registration and ideally a postgraduate qualification in relation to public health
• Extensive leadership across multi-site dental services and governance
• Proven ability to lead strategy, innovation and service improvement
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder partnership skills
