Annual SA & NT Orthopaedic Unaccredited Registrar Recruitment 2027 - PGY3 or higher
Multiple Positions Includes SALHN, NALHN, CALHN, Limestone Coast, Darwin, Alice Springs rotations
The Unaccredited Registrar is responsible for managing the care of all patients presenting to the Orthopaedic Units in consultation with the responsible Senior Registrars/Fellows, Consultants, Nurses and Allied Health professionals. The incumbent actively contributes to continuous quality improvement and in continuing education activities. Please see Key Result Area and Responsibilities for information specific to each network. Please note successful candidates are required to rotate to Royal Darwin Hospital, Alice Springs Hospital and Mt Gambier Hospital. This position will work over a seven-day roster. 

‘As per the SMOEA 2022, the total term of employment with SA Health will be 3 years. Rotations following the initial 12-month allocation as an Unaccredited Orthopaedic Registrar will be determined in line with your training and SA Health’s requirements. This may include transfer to other SA Health locations to perform work appropriate to classification, skills, and capabilities.’
