Project Administration Officer – SALHN Regional Office | Drive Health Network Change

Project Administration Officer role at SALHN's Regional Office supporting health network initiatives and project coordination in Adelaide's south until October 2027.

About the role: 

The Project Administration Officer is accountable to the Manager, Strategy and Performance and supports the logistics and administration of a project or a program of work and works under the general direction of a project manager. These include meeting set up, minute and action taking, document set up, collective project status updates from relevant teams. The role also provides administrative support to the unit.

Duties for the role will include:

  • Stablishing priorities, ensuring that allocated tasks are performed to a high standard within specific deadlines
  • Scheduling and organisation project meetings, diary management, including arranging appointments
  • Demonstrating the ability to work consistently in a positive manner autonomously and within a team to achieve unit goals
  • Collect and compile status updates from project team members and assist with preparation and finalisation of project reports
  • Manage project calendars and track key deadlines
  • Assist with the preparation of project reports and presentations using tools like PowerPoint
  • Assisting with recruitment process and completing HR paperwork

About you:

  • High level of personal organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to use initiative and work largely independently with limited direction from a project manager
  • Able to work in a fast passed environment supporting logistics and administration of a project, and project unit
  • Excellent organisational, record keeping and time management skills 
  • Demonstrated experience in the preparation of committee papers, taking minutes at meetings, and following-up action items
  • Proven experience with time management to prioritise and manage various processes simultaneously, efficiently, and effectively
