About the Role
Step into a rewarding leadership role where you'll support a high performing team and help deliver outstanding patient care. Work alongside the Nurse Unit Manager to strengthen clinical practice, guide staff and help keep the service running smoothly.
• Lead and support the nursing team
• Build consistent, high quality patient care
• Guide staff growth and clinical practice
• Coordinate rosters, workload and resources
• Help drive quality and service improvement
About You
You're a confident nursing leader who enjoys supporting others, strengthening clinical practice and delivering safe, high quality patient care.
• Registered or eligible with NMBA and current practising certificate
• Experience in leadership and clinical nursing practice
• Guide and support nurses and students with confidence
• Communicate well and build strong team relationships
• Understand quality improvement and clinical standards
