About the Role

Join Integrated Care as a Medical Services Officer and play a key role in supporting a high-performing medical workforce. You will manage medical workforce operations, coordinate recruitment and rostering, and build strong partnerships to deliver seamless medical services across IC.

Key duties:
• Manage medical workforce portfolios, recruitment and allocations
• Coordinate rostering, leave and workforce requirements
• Support Medical Director and Heads of Unit with reports and advice
• Maintain compliance, records and workforce performance data
• Build relationships with internal and external health partners
• Coordinate meetings, briefings and executive support activities

About You

You are an organised and proactive professional with strong communication skills and experience supporting medical workforce services. You will bring sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Experience with workforce admin, rostering and data systems
• Strong Microsoft Office and information system skills
• Skilled in managing confidential records and documentation
• Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge of WHS and quality management principles
