WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
Join a team dedicated to expanding rural health research and improving access to clinical trials for patients across regional, rural and remote communities. In this rewarding role, you will coordinate and support clinical trials within the Australian Teletrial Program, manage participant consent and assessments, oversee research data and documentation, and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements. Working closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders, you will help deliver innovative research opportunities closer to home while contributing to improved patient outcomes and the advancement of rural health research.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
You will……….
- Coordinate and support clinical trials and health research activities, including participant consent and assessments, ethics and governance processes, data management, audit readiness, and compliance with protocol, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused research by contributing to the day-to-day coordination of clinical trials and research activities within an integrated, outcomes-focused framework.
- Deliver effective resource management to ensure the business needs of the Unit are met.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the development, delivery, and effectiveness of research services.
- Support team performance through collaboration, communication, and active participation in training, decision-making, and the development of policies and procedures.
