About the Role

Lead the day to day success of CALHN's Research Office. You'll manage business services, build efficient processes, create strong partnerships and maintain high quality administrative, financial and workforce support that enables research excellence.

• Lead administrative, finance and workforce support services
• Build efficient systems and drive continuous improvement
• Provide expert business advice to leaders and stakeholders
• Coordinate staff, resources and day to day operations
• Maintain compliant, responsive and high quality business services

About You

You're a capable and collaborative leader who enjoys improving the way teams work. With strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, you'll bring the expertise and initiative to support a high performing Research Office.

• Tertiary qualification in health, business or similar
• Lead teams in a complex business environment
• Apply policy, legislation and business processes
• Analyse data and deliver clear reports and advice
• Use Microsoft, databases and reporting systems with confidence
