About the Role

Make a meaningful difference in mental health care as a Clinical Nurse, providing expert support and recovery-focused care across diverse settings. You will guide practice, support teams and help deliver safe, effective outcomes for consumers.

• Deliver comprehensive mental health nursing care and case management
• Support recovery through education, counselling and group work
• Guide and develop nurses through supervision and clinical support
• Build strong partnerships across teams and community services
• Contribute to projects, research, teaching and practice improvement

About You

You are a skilled mental health nurse who brings clinical expertise, leadership and a commitment to recovery-focused care. To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Current nursing registration with NMBA and practising certificate
• Mental health nursing qualification at Graduate Diploma level
• Experience supporting complex mental health care and recovery
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency using clinical systems including CBIS, EPAS or OACIS
