Overview:

  • The Data Quality Officer is accountable to the Application Lead (Data Quality Management) for maintaining the integrity of client registration data across enterprise applications through data matching, monitoring, auditing, verification in the Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) and by providing support to users throughout SA Health, as well as monitoring and adherence to service level agreements.
  • The incumbent will contribute to ensuring that the most current person demographics and identifiers are available for all persons having contact with the Health System in SA Health regardless of residency or eligibility.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

  • A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.

 

Special Conditions

  • May be required to work outside of normal business hours and a flexible approach to the taking of leave is required.
