About the Role
Play a key role in supporting clinicians and helping deliver safe, high quality care. As a Senior Support Services Officer, you'll coordinate essential support services, guide daily operations and help create a welcoming, efficient environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Lead daily support service delivery across clinical areas
• Support clinicians with safe, efficient patient care
• Build positive relationships with staff, patients and visitors
• Maintain smooth ward operations and service standards
• Respond to changing priorities as part of a multidisciplinary team
About You
You'll bring experience, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to supporting safe, person centred care in a busy healthcare environment.
• AQF Certificate III relevant to the role
• Experience in a healthcare support services environment
• Confident leading, guiding and supporting team members
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to prioritise work and respond calmly under pressure
