About the Role:
You will provide confidential, high-quality administrative and executive support across the Aboriginal Health Directorate. You will coordinate meetings and committees, prepare reports and presentations, support compliance and accreditation activities, and maintain accurate information and resources across FUNLHN.

About You:
- Proven experience providing confidential and professional executive or administrative support.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to liaise across all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, agendas, minutes and briefing materials, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, use initiative and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience supporting research, governance, compliance or continuous improvement activities.
