Overview:
- The Executive Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a range of executive support programs and services, including initiatives, project support and administrative support systems and processes that support the ongoing coordination of Infrastructure Branch administration and business support functions.
- Provides coordination of the provision of confidential, high-quality support, secretarial executive administrative services, providing advice to a range stakeholder in the correct application of operational processes, procedures and guidelines.
- Ensures compliance with Government policy, governance frameworks and financial standards and liaising extensively with high level stakeholders to identify and address a range of issues on behalf of the Executive Director, including media, queries and requests.
