What You'll Be Leading

Based within the Port Lincoln Community and Allied Health service, you will hold clinical responsibility for delivering direct services to NDIS participants while guiding a multidisciplinary team across the EFNLHN NDIS program. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality, participant-centred allied health services in line with NDIS frameworks and community need
• Providing clinical leadership, supervision and professional support to allied health staff across the network
• Contributing to model-of-care development, service improvement and quality and safety initiatives
• Partnering with managers and stakeholders on workforce education, training and service planning

What You Bring

• A recognised qualification in an allied health discipline with eligibility for full membership of the relevant professional association
• Current registration with the relevant regulatory authority (where applicable to your discipline), maintained without condition
• Demonstrated clinical expertise working with people with disability, including within NDIS-funded service environments
• Experience providing clinical supervision or professional leadership to allied health practitioners
• Strong understanding of community-based service delivery in regional or rural settings, consistent with EFNLHN's dispersed service model
• Capacity to contribute meaningfully to service development, quality improvement and multidisciplinary collaboration
