About the Role

As a Level C academic, you will:

• Design and deliver innovative curriculum for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Lead high-impact research projects and secure grant funding.
• Mentor and supervise higher-degree research students.
• Contribute to the growth of a robust research culture.
• Represent the discipline at local and national levels.

What We’re Looking For

• A PhD in Occupational Therapy or a related experience.
• Proven excellence in curriculum development and teaching.
• A strong research profile with publications and grant success.
• Outstanding communication and team collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead colleagues and students.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical education highly desirable.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Victorian Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
