About the position
The Future Growth Division is responsible for leading the University’s commitments to its markets and communities. It oversees the strategic intent to connect both globally and locally, aiming to attract students and partners from around the world and nearby regions.
Reporting to the Senior Coordinator of International Compliance and Business Services, the Business Services and Compliance Officer will provide essential administrative support to the Division’s operations. This role involves working collaboratively within a team to achieve the Division’s goals while strictly adhering to University policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative support to the Division’s operations.
- Process agent commission and payments.
- Handle invoicing tasks, including verification, seeking approvals and payment submission.
- Maintain frameworks and purchase orders.
- Process international student refunds.
- Ensure compliance with University policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality.
Skills and Experience
- Completion of a Diploma level qualification with relevant work experience; or a Certificate IV with relevant work experience; or a post-trades certificate with extensive relevant experience and on-the-job training; or a Certificate III with extensive relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, students, and other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to organise work effectively and efficiently, delivering outputs in a timely manner.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant systems and software, such as StudyLink, CRM, SISOne, Onestop, HP Trim, and PRISMS.
