About the position

The Biomedical Science discipline offers undergraduate degrees that prepare students to become registered pharmacists, enter the broader biomedical workforce, progress into medicine through our partnership with the University of Melbourne, or undertake research training via our Honours programs. The discipline also supports our major partnership with PSB Academy in Singapore, where we deliver teaching to around 1,000 offshore students. We are looking for someone who can make a meaningful contribution to our teaching by delivering high-quality, active learning and providing clear, thoughtful input into curriculum review, as we continue to strengthen graduate outcomes and advance health and science within regional communities.

A Level B teaching-focused academic is expected to teach and/or carry out scholarly work relevant to the Pharmacy discipline. Academics at this level contribute to teaching, engage in scholarship, research, and/or professional activities aligned with Pharmacy, and may also take on administrative and academic duties associated with coordinating subjects.
