  • Base salary from $81,477 plus 17% superannuation contributions

About the position

The Collections Librarian works collaboratively within the Collections Team to support cataloguing, ordering, subscription renewals and troubleshooting for print and electronic resources. The role maintains accurate systems and records, works with vendors and publishers, and contributes to collection development and assessment. This position plays a key part in ensuring Library users have smooth, reliable and effective access to information resources across all formats.

You will contribute to the ongoing development of our collections, maintain accurate and reliable data, and provide a consistently high standard of service to our users. 

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in information management or an equivalent combination of experience, training and education.
  • The capability to confidently understand and apply policies, procedures and systems in day‑to‑day work.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently, solve problems proactively and support positive team outcomes.
  • High level digital proficiency, including advanced use of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email and online research tools.
