About the position
This role contributes to effective day‑to‑day administration, supports staff and stakeholders, and helps maintain a positive and professional service environment.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; OR completion of a diploma with at least two years of relevant experience; OR completion of a Certificate IV with extensive relevant experience; OR completion of a post‑trades certificate with extensive (typically 2+ years) relevant experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Ability to develop a conceptual understanding of relevant policies, procedures and systems, and apply them appropriately.
- Ability to take initiative, innovate and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage workflows and meet deadlines.
