This is a fantastic opportunity where you will work at the centre of key Employee Relations initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery of high-impact projects that support our people and organisational goals.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support delivery of delegated tasks

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to adapt

About you:

With Employee Relations or Human Resource experience and the ability to juggle competing deadlines, you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Employee Relations projects and ensuring alignment between legal compliance, operational excellence, and our people strategy.

What we can offer you:

  • Complimentary meal on site every day including hot meals, sandwich bar and more
