The People Operations Advisor, reporting to Senior Manager People Partnerships, will play an active role in delivering and supporting initiatives that empower business leaders, while collaborating closely with the People Operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our People Operations team.

A few of your responsibilities  

  • Collaborate closely with the People Operations team to ensure strategic alignment and deliver tailored business insights that address the specific needs of each group or department.
  • Provide broad generalist support to the People Partnerships team across a variety of people-related initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement and drive business satisfaction in partnership with senior and mid-level leaders.
  • Evaluate and refine People Partnerships processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Deliver actionable People insights to both business leaders and People Operations team in support of the People Plan.
  • Manage general administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.

What we are looking for 

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Solid understanding of industrial relations frameworks and general employment legislation
  • Proficient in creating and interpreting reports to inform decision-making
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments

You are a proactive and adaptable HR professional with solid generalist experience. You will bring a well-rounded understanding of people practices and industrial relations instruments.
