The Gaming Area Manager reports directly to the Gaming Operations Manager and is accountable for the overall performance of Gaming operational outcomes in areas of responsibility. Their purpose is to support the Gaming Operations Manager in the 24/7 planning, implementation and execution of business objectives. 

A few of your responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to Gaming Supervisors and teams with regard to the on-going operation of processes, systems, and gaming products. 
• Make recommendations and implement initiatives that improve operational effectiveness in line with established policies and procedures
• Oversee the daily operational functions of areas of responsibility to achieve the department's objectives both budgetary and operational in conjunction with business unit, division and company objectives.
• Perform the roles of lower classifications when applicable.
• Implement and drive all customer related service programs

• Understanding of casino rules and regulations and reporting requirements
