What are we looking for:
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a high-end Japanese kitchen
- Confidence to share your culinary skills with junior kitchen team members
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Passion for the culinary arts and a genuine love for food
