As a Demi Chef in Kiyomi, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside our talented and experienced chefs, honing your japanese culinary skills in a high-energy environment. • Assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring efficient workflow
• Collaborate with the culinary team to execute menu items with precision and consistency
• Embrace a commitment to continuous learning, staying up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques

What are we looking for:

• Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working in a high-end Japanese kitchen
• Confidence to share your culinary skills with junior kitchen team members
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Passion for the culinary arts and a genuine love for food
