The Spa Supervisor, reporting to the Spa Manager, will assist in managing daily spa operations and support in leading a team of spa therapists, to ensure a serene and luxurious experience for each guest.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for The Darling Spa.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Support the Spa Manager in inspiring and motivating the team to consistently deliver exceptional five-star service
• Take a leadership role in team coordination and assist with all aspects of workforce planning
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of spa team members
• Liaise with key business stakeholders to ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction

What we are looking for:

• In-depth knowledge of spa operations and effective team leadership
• Proven background in the beauty and wellness industry
• Previous leadership experience is highly regarded
• Passionate and driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences
