Due to anticipated growth throughout Central Queensland, we are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor and Security Guards to fill casual and permanent vacancies working across 4 of our flagship villages in the Moranbah/Dysart region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of effective and responsive security services, interacting with clients, residents, visitors, staff and contractors on a daily basis. As such, you will be a confident communicator and able to respond to queries in a professional manner. 

Roster is 7 days on, 7 days off and this is a drive-in, drive-out role, therefore locals are encouraged to apply and must have own reliable transport.

The Position

• Ensure site integrity and safety
• Site access control for people and vehicles
• Mobile security checks of site perimeter, camp and laydown areas
• Maintain daily security logs
• Emergency response and incident control
• Crowd control for bar and tavern areas

The Person

• Minimum of 2 years experience 
• Minimum qualification of Cert II Security Operations
• Hold a valid QLD Security Officers license which includes crowd control
• Current first aid and CPR certificates
• Supervisory experience in a similar role (Security Supervisor role)
