The Compass Group Casual Pool team are currently recruiting Chefs and Cooks in Melbourne. 

THE POSITION:

• Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings.
• Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements.
• Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved, and wastage is kept to a minimum.

THE PERSON:

• Hold a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery for Chef positions.
• Excellent communication, with superior customer service skills.
• Great energy and professional presentation.
• Willingness to work across various sectors and locations (for example Education, Health Care, Corporate, etc.).
• Currently hold or be willing to obtain a National Police check and a Working with Children’s Check.
