Program Overview:

 Our unique Future Leaders Graduate Program, running from February to October, is designed to accelerate your career in a dynamic industry. As a participant, you will commence a in trainee leadership role on a Fly in/Fly Out (FIFO) roster, with a 2-week on-site commitment followed by a 1-week rest period at home. Throughout the program, you will be stationed at a dedicated site, gaining invaluable hands-on experience through department rotations and stepping into leadership roles.

About You:

  • Final year university student or recent graduate (within the past 2 years) in disciplines such as Business, Commerce, Finance, Hospitality & Hotel Management.
  • We also welcome graduates with a Diploma in Hospitality Management coupled with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Adaptable, resilient and eager to step out of your comfort zone, given the FIFO work arrangement.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders - from peers to clients- are crucial. 
  • International students on a post-graduate visa (485) with no working restrictions are encouraged to apply.
