• $73K Base Salary + Super

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. Due to anticipated growth across our flagship portfolio in Central QLD, we have exciting opportunities for Kitchen Hands across 4 Villages working 14:7 rosters (2 weeks on, 1 week off).

The Positions

• Working as key members in our remote kitchen teams
• Assisting with food preparation or dishwashing
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
• Assisting with restock and stock rotation, loading and unloading of supplies
• Delivery of high quality and efficient food services to our residents staying on-site

The Person

• Experience in food service and preparation
• A team player with the ability to multi-task in buys kitchen environments
• Hospitality back of house experience preferred but willing to train new entrants
• Ability to work long shifts (10 hour days) in a fast-paced environment
• Driver’s licence and own reliable transport
