Delta Facilities Management offers maintenance, construction, and project management services to a diverse range of sectors, including defence organisations, schools, offshore projects and remote resources industries. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operations Support Officer to join the team at our Cannon Hill Office in Brisbane.

The Position

This position will be based out of the Brisbane Support Office in Cannon Hill working Monday to Friday with occasional travel across different sites. This role may be offered as a Hybrid role to the right candidate. Flexibility on hours may also be offered for the right candidate that may be able to suit school hours also.

Reporting to the Manager - Operations Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the administration of contract compliance through the following:

  • Scheduling resources across multiple sites
  • Entry of Service Calls
  • Entry of Timesheets
  • Purchase Order Entry and Management
  • Supplier/Contractor and Client Invoicing
  • Goods Receiving
  • Overdue Service Call management
  • Collect and compile asset register information
  • Generation of monthly Preventative Maintenance Work Packs
  • Conduct analysis and report on Work Order activity, Trade utilisation and KPIs
  • Provide system training to site users
  • Assist in mobilisations – setting up maintenance offices and the required workflows
  • Travel to site to fill in for site staff or mobilise new contracts
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

The Person

  • Microsoft Office suite experience and high level of computer literacy
  • Experience with database and reporting systems
  • Knowledge of Pronto especially in the application of Service or Facility Management - desirable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team Player and able to work autonomously
  • Flexible approach and attitude
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to travel to site as required
  • Facilities maintenance experience preferable
