THE POSITION

  • A dynamic role that requires the ability to work on one’s own as well as with a team
  • Fast paced and customer interactive
  • Preparing Breakfast, M/Tea, Lunch, A/Tea and Evening meals
  • Responsible for the diet requirements for shift being covered
  • Following all Food and Safety procedures
  • Cleaning duties and temperature recording

THE PERSON

  • Driver’s licence preferred
  • Available to work a range of hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
  • Must be triple vaccinated against Covid
  • Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control 
  • Previous experience in healthcare or production kitchen
