The Compass Group Casual Pool team are currently seeking Food and Beverage Attendants for our Melbourne Casual Pool.

THE POSITION:

• Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style.
• Provide a high-level food and beverage service at a variety of sites and locations.
• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Ensuring the boardrooms are set up correctly within a timely fashion.
• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
• Liaise with all team members, including chefs to access requirements for the day.

THE PERSON:

• Must hold a valid RSA.
• 2-3 years of F&B experience is essential. 
• Experience in 5 star premium dining, corporate or boardroom settings, a la-carte VIP service, hatted restaurants, conference/events, venues or airline lounges is highly regarded.
• Have excellent communication and superior customer service skills.
• Able to prioritise tasks in a fast paced, busy environment.
• Must be well presented.
