THE POSITION

• We are after a weekend chef for St Peter's College with state of the art kitchen to feed up to 100 boarders on the weekend during term times
• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students
• Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
• Monitor stock and minimise wastage
• Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
• Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation

THE PERSON

• Confident and has the experience in producing food for 50 plus students on their own
• Drivers licence as we use registered golf buggies to transport
• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
• Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
