The Position:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and contractual requirements, ensuring satisfaction and improved service delivery.
  • Analyse service outcomes to identify improvement areas and enhance brand standards for memorable guest experiences and loyalty.
  • Establish and maintain high operational standards through improvement plans for better business performance.
  • Inspire your team by modelling exceptional service for First and Business Class guests, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance product and service quality within contract frameworks.
  • Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork to drive organisational success and empower team members.
  • Mentor team members for effective knowledge transfer and professional growth.
  • Use financial insights to manage budgets, control costs, and enhance profitability.

 The Person:

  • Utilise your expertise in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
  • Leverage experience in high-end hospitality and managing catering, bar, and cleaning teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and a proven history in budget management and cost efficiencies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and resource management, focusing on profit & loss to achieve financial targets.
  • Foster a purposeful culture by promoting innovation and independent decision-making.
  • Apply leadership skills to motivate and connect with diverse teams, creating a collaborative environment.
  • Build and maintain successful business relationships at all levels through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Function as an ambitious leader, experienced in personal development, staff training, and performance appraisals.

An ASIC security clearance will be required (We will provide)
