Helpdesk in Newcastle

$29.22 + 25% casual loading + shift allowances

  • Work from office
  • Shifts across 24/7 service roster including night shifts

 

THE POSITION

  • Work from the office in Newcastle
  • You will be required to communicate with different stakeholders in a prompt, courteous and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure communication links to internal and external service providers/contractors are maintained at all times and that requests for services are dispatched immediately. 
  • Capture details relating to complaints and feedback, building defects & damage and security activities.
  • Take accurate messages, repeat back to caller and dispatch, and allocate jobs within allocated time frames.

 

THE PERSON

  • Commute to the office in Newcastle
  • Experience in a high-volume contact centre/call centre environment.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to build rapport with customers. 
  • Flexible to work across a rotating roster.
