The Position:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team working in The AO Reserve “elevated private dining spaces” in the suites located inside RLA and JCA arenas for the Australian Open 2025. This is your chance to work at one of the world's most prestigious sporting events.
Suite Waitstaff:
- Welcome guests to their Suites and provide personalised service throughout their session.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor and replenish supplies in the Suite.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items provide informed recommendations to guests.
The Person:
- Proven experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a premium or VIP setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays or other items as needed.
