Our operations are going through a period of growth which in turn, has created an unique opportunity for an experienced Corporate Barista, for our new creative transformation client in based in Sydney CBD!

Full time – Monday to Friday, offering a great work life balance, next to none in the hospitality sector. As this is a Full time position, the successful candidate is required complete an a National Police Check. 

THE POSITION:  

• Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style of service
• Producing consistent high-quality Barista coffee
• Maintain an impeccable coffee station and machine
• Skilled in adjusting coffee grind with knowledge of coffee equipment
• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation

PEOPLE :

• Ideally you will have at least 6 months experience in a barista role within a corporate/VIP environment 
• Barista Qualifications are mandatory
• Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
• Excellent communication skills and confident in working independently
• Knowledge of Health and Safety rules and procedures
• Police Check or willing to obtain one /Australian permanent resident OR Australian Citizenship
