Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of services for Accenture across all aspects of the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract.

As the first point of contact for all visitors to the client organisation, this role is essential in ensuring a seamless and exceptional Accenture client experience

You will work collaboratively to oversee and manage various responsibilities, including client and staff bookings, meetings, audio-visual (AV) requirements, events, and daily catering needs.

This also includes the efficient delivery of hospitality services to meet and exceed client expectations.

 THE POSITION : 

  • Provide personalised assistance to staff and clients, offering guidance and recommendations on suitable spaces and available options
  • Handle catering inquiries and manage the processing of catering orders
  • Support food and beverage operations, including boardroom and event catering services.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met for successful, seamless meetings and events
  • Oversee the smooth operation of in-house meetings, events, and spaces through effective coordination, communication, and attention to detail
  • Partner with client hosts to enhance the overall client experience
  • Deliver exceptional, professional service to all guests and staff in every interaction

THE PERSON : 

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise agendas 
  • Experience in a high-volume corporate or large-scale environment preferred
  • Excellent budgeting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable decision-maker in a dynamic environment
