The Position:

• Take charge of all culinary services, crafting innovative menus for both café and corporate events.
• Collaborate with our Central Production kitchen to ensure seamless execution of corporate functions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring a consistent supply of the highest-quality ingredients.
• Drive cost-efficiency, minimize waste, and work closely with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay ahead of evolving food trends, particularly within the café scene, and inspire creativity in the kitchen.
• Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, guiding your team to success.
• Lead menu planning, development, and cost management to maintain consistency and quality.
• Build and develop a thriving café-style business that enhances the customer experience.
• Hold Chef's Trade Qualifications, with a passion for excellence.
