The Resident Experience Coordinator requires working alongside the Village team to build and support a sense of Village community for new & existing residents. Well-developed communication skills are crucial to this role, with a range of Village based, local community and internal (CGA) and client stakeholders. The team member must ensure that all tasks are performed with due regard for all Health and Safety regulations, and adherence to our Safety Culture is expected.

THE POSITION

  • Responsible for leading an improvement in resident experience – focus on Dining at Olympic Dam and Roxby Down Villages
  • Supporting a consistent and quality food service delivered to residents every day
  • Effective communication between residents, culinary and other events in the Village
  • Using customer insights and data to drive improved satisfaction
  • Coordinating resident-facing project delivery

THE PERSON

  • Tertiary qualification or cert IV plus industry experience in relevant employment and minimum 4 years’ experience in relevant employment (nutrition or hospitality)
  • Experience in stakeholder and client relations
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills
  • High level focus on customer service
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Solution-focused problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work according to budget, timeframes, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to analyse data and prepare reports.
