We are seeking WA Licenced HVAC’s to join our WA Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide. These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport to sites all across WA including the Pilbara & Goldfields regions. Our Casual pool are often utilised for coverage on site for backfill during hiring, sick leave, and annual leave with swings usually being 14 days at a time, with a minimum of 7 days R&R. All Swings are Day Shift Only & Fly Out Days may vary site to site.

THE POSITION

• Provide HVAC maintenance support to our established facilities maintenance teams in a remote mining village environment including Commercial Kitchens, accommodation Air Conditioning Units etc.
• Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works, fault finding, reactive maintenance including assisting other trades
• Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
• Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
• Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
• Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
• Report to Delta FM Operational Support

 THE PERSON

• Full Working Rights within Australia
• Current WA Restricted Elec Licence, or working towards
• Current Australian Drivers Licence & Full Arctick Licence
• CPR + LVR & National Police Check within 12 months
• WAH, CS, HRWL – EWP, First Attack Fire Fighting highly desirable
• Well versed in all maintenance processes and workplace health and safety regulations
• Able to access Perth Airport for FIFO ongoing works
