The Opportunity:
Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for process optimisation? We are looking for an experienced Process Analyst to drive improvements in our labour and food value chain. This role will see you collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop best practices, and translate complex processes into actionable standards that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to refine labour planning and food processes.

Develop training materials and best practices to enhance workforce management.

Establish clear, actionable standards to drive operational excellence.

Lead small to medium-scale projects that improve quality, performance, and reduce waste.

Implement new processes and ensure smooth transitions through change management.

Deliver training programs to embed cultural and operational improvements.

Analyse operational and commercial data to assess the impact of process changes.

Provide insights through dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven strategies.

Model and refine workforce management and rostering systems.

Support the development of tools to enhance efficiency in labour planning.

Work closely with operational leaders to align process improvements with business goals.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive engagement and support.
About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

5–7 years of operational experience in hospitality or service industries, with a focus on workforce management
-
Strong background in process improvement and project management (Lean, Six Sigma certification is a plus).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and workforce management systems.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Strong technical writing and communication skills.
