About You

To be successful in joining Team Elevate you will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role (corporate is referred but not essential). We’re working at a calibre of 5-star hotel, fine dining, or Hatted/Michelin Star restaurants.

• You will be polished, professional, and people focused with a friendly smile, customer centric, with good communication (written & verbal), ability to multitask and collaborate with a well organised team.
• Knowledge and awareness of Workplace Services Management. Proven to be self-motivated and work under pressure whilst prioritising to key deadlines You will maintain impeccable presentation and grooming standards and demonstrate strong customer services skills and customer service experience including the ability to “think outside the box” when faced with issues.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and service personnel at a variety of levels by negotiating the best results.
• You will have proven to be self-motivated and work under pressure whilst prioritising to key deadlines and communicate effectively with a wide range of customers at a variety of levels. You will have the ability to motivate self and others to achieve results at all levels and proven willingness to learn new skills and to creatively problem solve.

Skills Assessment Sessions

We are holding skills assessment sessions in the Sydney Office on McMahons point on the 9^th April at 3pm.

The session will run for 2 hours, and you will be required to attend in full uniform and complete a series of activities to demonstrate your practical skills and knowledge.
