The Position: Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that combines leadership, culinary expertise, and operational excellence? As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Manage, lead, and support day-to-day kitchen operations across our client sites, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and operational safety standards, maintaining the highest levels of food production safety and hygiene.
  • Develop and nurture your team, fostering culinary skills and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
  • Design innovative menus and meal plans that cater to diverse dietary and cultural requirements, while optimizing stock utilization.
  • Excel under pressure, maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering outstanding results even in challenging situations.

The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual who meets the following criteria:

  • Full work rights in Australia.
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Function and menu development skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance.
  • Flexibility to work on a FIFO/DIDO roster, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
