Roster: 8/6, 11-hour days (FIFO)

Role Type: Full Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & lead the running of all aspects of the sites
• Experience managing budgets and demonstrated understanding of food costing, waste management and food/ site safety knowledge
• Deliver to a high expectation of a premium experience
• Follow company health, safety, and security procedures always
• Lead, manage and motivate a large team of chefs and facility staff
• Manage the expectations of both clients and residents

As part of your recruitment process, the following will be required:

• Current site acknowledgment of application
• In-date compliance requirements (NPC if required, Medical and DAS)
