ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

 

The Position - Site Administrator

We are currently seeking experienced Site Administrators, to deliver exceptional quality and service to our team at McArthur River on a 14/7 roster 11 hours a day.

As a Site Administrator you will be responsible for front desk attendance, management of accommodation systems, travel logistics and all aspects of general office administration. You will be the first point of contact with our residents, therefore it is imperative that your customer service skills are impeccable.

The position will also include an element of retail; service, ordering, cashier and stocktake. You will also be expected to provide hands on assistance in other areas of the camp as required such as the kitchen.

These positions are FIFO from Darwin. Locals are encouraged to apply.

 

The Person

  • Certificate III or higher in Business Administration
  • Strong Admin required - remote experience advantageous
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • High standard of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
  • A team player with a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from front line staff to senior management
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both our internal and external stakeholders
  • Essential: Must have valid Drivers Licence
