We are seeking a refined and experienced Corporate Hospitality Manager to lead operations at one of our most prestigious client sites in Melbourne’s CBD—a globally renowned law firm known for excellence.
Your Role: A Leader of premium hospitality, you will:
- Liaise with senior executives and their clients, multiple stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver seamless, high-impact events and daily services
- Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and innovation
- Drive operational excellence, balancing financial performance with uncompromising quality
- Champion continuous improvement and elevate service standards across all touchpoints
About You: A Hospitality Professional with Prestige :
- Proven leadership in fine dining, luxury hotels, or high-end corporate hospitality.
- Qualifications in hospitality or business management (preferred).
- A polished communicator with a client-first mindset and a passion for service excellence.
- A proactive, professional leader with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Eligible to obtain a National Police Check
