We're looking for a passionate Diversity & Inclusion Partnerships Advisor to drive impactful change through strategic partnerships that enhance our workforce and strengthen our community connections.

The Role

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Build and manage partnerships with community groups, educational institutions, industry bodies, and government agencies to promote initiatives that break down barriers for individuals in to employment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative, diversity-driven recruitment practices.
• Provide data-driven insights by preparing comprehensive reports on program impact, funding, and outcomes.
• Represent Compass Group at external to champion our DE&I vision.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience in developing and managing external partnerships with a focus on DE&I.
• Strong knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles and effective recruitment strategies.
• Expertise in securing and managing government grants and funding.
• Project management skills, with the ability to oversee and evaluate impactful DE&I programs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
