Restaurant Associates is a team of world-class hospitality and fine-cuisine professionals delivering contemporary food solutions and exceptional service across leading corporations and iconic venues throughout Australia.

THE POSITION:

• Prepare a variety of fresh, high-quality sandwiches and grab-and-go items to company standards

• Work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume kitchen

• Handle and store fresh produce with care and attention to quality

• Follow daily prep schedules and meet production targets

• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Keep workstations clean, organised, and stocked

• Collaborate with the kitchen team and follow instructions from chefs

• Be punctual and fully available during required shifts:

  • Monday: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Thursday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Show initiative — additional shifts may be available for the right candidate

THE PERSON:

• Minimum 2 years' experience making sandwiches in a professional environment

• Proven ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

• Strong ability to follow directions and work autonomously when needed

• Solid understanding of food safety and associated paperwork

• Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering quality

• Previous à la carte or restaurant experience
