We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager Hospitality to take full accountability for delivering a high-quality food and beverage experience that aligns seamlessly with our client’s ambitions, brand specifications, and standards. This leadership role demands operational expertise, a commitment to consistency, innovation, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
As an integral part of Levy Australia, this position plays a key role in strengthening our reputation for hospitality excellence on both a national and global scale.
What you will do:
- Take full ownership of the food and guest experience across multiple premium venues.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, blending permanent and event-based talent to deliver consistently exceptional service.
- Drive culinary and service innovation, embedding best practice in every touchpoint.
- Hold full commercial accountability — from budget management and forecasting to cost control and revenue optimisation.
- Partner with senior stakeholders at Melbourne Park, Tennis Australia, and Levy AU support teams to shape strategy and deliver on brand standards.
- Identify and grow new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety legislation, while fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and excellence.
What we are looking for:
- Proven leadership in large-scale, multi-venue or high-volume hospitality environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of managing budgets and driving profitable growth.
- Exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of workplace health & safety, food safety, and environmental sustainability.
