The Compass Group Casual Pool team are currently recruiting a Barista for Victoria.

THE POSITION

• Utilise your solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees.
• Ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings.
• Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean.
• Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine.

THE PERSON

• Barista Qualifications are essential.
• Well presented and has excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed.
• Currently hold or are willing to obtain a National Police Check, a Working with Children’s Check and an RSA.
